Stress Monitor, Magneto-Anisotropic Defect Detector “StressVision- 2”
New approach to industrial safety and condition monitoring, early detection of condition, which cannot be detected with the use of traditional Non-Destructive inspection aids.
Benefits of using Stress Monitor
Benefits of magneto-Anisotropic method stress localization and monitoring:
- simplicity (data collection in 1-2 seconds, no NDT level required)
- fast results evaluation,
- low cost,
- high sensitivity of measurements
- portable (weight 2.5 kg)
- No needs for surface preparation (up-to 4 mm paint/dirt/rust or insulation)
- results can be represented as illustrative graphical charts (2D or 3D)

A general view of "Stress Vision
Four models are available:
- Basic, (most commonly used). Scanning Magneto-Anisotropic Defect Detector with the e software «STRESSVISION Basic», 1 layer, DPMS(conventional units), MSC, 2D
- Advanced, With the software «STRESSVISION Advance » (2 layers, DPMS (conventional units), Gradient of DPMS, MSC, 2D, 3D, Pasting of maps)
- Explorer. With the software «STRESSVISION Explorer» (2 layers DPMS ( conventional units), Gradient of DPMS, MSC, 2D, 3D, Pasting of maps and a conclusion of the text Act with the appendices, prepared for the signature . )
- Expert MPa with an opportunity of graduation and representation of results of measurements in absolute values of mechanical stresses (MPa). The software «STRESSVISION expert MPa» The software «STRESSVISION expert MPa» (2 layers DPMS (MPa), Gradient of DPMS, MSC, 2D, 3D, Pasting of maps and a conclusion of the text Act with the appendices, prepared for the signature.)

Leakage Detector
- buried or insulated pipelines ( f 200-600mm) for transporting oil, liquids and gases.
- buried tanks (with sensitivity dependent on the size of the tank);
The general principle of the radioisotope method consists in introducing to the controlled object a radioisotope tracer, (commonly used gaseous methyl bromide CH 3 82Br as source) which penetrates from the labeled space to the controlled space through the leak. The measurement is carried out a gas absorber which has been attached to the examined space.
This device, known as a “pig”, is placed and passing through the pipeline and collects data on the condition of the pipe as it is pushed along by whatever is being transported.
Benefits of using radioisotopes
The radioisotope method of leakproof control and leak localization has the following advantages:
-
simplicity,
-
short time of duration of the experiment,
-
short time need for adaptation of the object for the control,
-
low cost,
-
high sensitivity of measurements ( 0.5 dcm 3/hour for liquids and 5 g/hour for gases) .
